DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fabricate full and partial dentures (fixed and removable) to replace natural teeth loss; Interpret and execute dentist prescriptions and patient impressions to construct accurate dental prostheses; Use CAD/CAM software such as 3Shape, Ivotion, and Medit Scan to design dental appliances; Construct dental devices using various materials including acrylic, metal, and ceramics; Apply the lost-wax casting technique for creating dental prostheses; Operate porcelain furnaces to match crown shades and ensure aesthetic results; Polish and finish prosthetic appliances to ensure smooth and comfortable placement; Maintain accurate dental records and lab documentation using Dentrix software; Perform repair, replacement, and restoration of existing dental appliances as needed; Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure appliance fit, comfort, and function; Stay current with advancements in dental lab techniques, tools, and materials; Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
